Join us at a service project and membership rally on Saturday, Nov. 11 from 8am - 12noon at the Waikalua Loko Iʻa Fishpond in Kāneʻohe. Learn and be amazed how ancient methods of food sustainability supported thousands of people and how this fishpond is working to revitalize this area and Rotary supports our communities through service above self.

Our club supported the WASH (Water Sanitation and Hygiene) for Kundiawa College of Nursing in Papua New Guinea and we have much to thank Dr. James Ham for supporting this international project! Hear from Dr. Ham and the project's significance. Says Dr. Ham, ".... [it is] often unsafe for women to walk down to the river to fetch water (especially alone or at night) because they are vulnerable (especially while carrying a big pail of water uphill) and subject to violent attacks and atrocities. In many ways, water projects bring peace and stability to a community."
