06 Mar 2024 Club Meeting with speaker Dr. James Ham Mar 06, 2024 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM Our club supported the WASH (Water Sanitation and Hygiene) for Kundiawa College of Nursing in Papua New Guinea and we have much to thank Dr. James Ham for supporting this international project! Hear from Dr. Ham and the project's significance. Says Dr. Ham, ".... [it is] often unsafe for women to walk down to the river to fetch water (especially alone or at night) because they are vulnerable (especially while carrying a big pail of water uphill) and subject to violent attacks and atrocities. In many ways, water projects bring peace and stability to a community."

TheWindward hui will be hosting him on April 19 so that gives us a short window to plan. As members, each of us help shape our club and guide it. With your input, you contribute to a fuller club experience you will enjoy. Without your voice, we can only rely on those who are willing to share.
